Non-Returnable Treatments

Due to the nature of dental treatments, including veneers, crowns, implants, and other similar procedures, we cannot offer returns once the treatment has been performed. These treatments are permanent, customized, and irreversible.

Satisfaction Guarantee

• Initial Consultations: We offer initial consultations to discuss your expectations and needs. It’s important for patients to be fully informed before proceeding with any treatment.
• Treatment Review: If a patient is not satisfied with the outcome of their treatment, they should contact us within 30 days following the procedure. We will assess the situation and offer solutions such as adjustments or corrections as needed.
